I absolutely love Gem Beauty Lounge. I’ve been coming since the day they opened and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The salon is so comfy and welcoming that after a while it feels like family. Everyone here is like my personal glam team and I trust them to do all my services time after time.

Shari the owner is amazing. She always shows respect and truly appreciates her clients. I’ve personally seen her go out of her way and above and beyond time and time again to make sure people are happy. That kind of care is rare and it’s why I’ll always be loyal. The vibe is fun personal and awesome and I always leave looking and feeling fabulous whether it’s my facials lashes brows nails or hair. I’m so proud of the growth of this place. God bless Gem Beauty Lounge.

Thank GOD I upgraded from basic facials! The facials here are so detailed and thorough, honestly the best service they offer. I used to get basic facials elsewhere but once I experienced the difference here, I'm never going back. The technology, details and explanation of services, the ambiance, everything is top notch, every treatment feels very personalized.

I do my facials, lashes,  brows, nails and even had my big  chop and now matainance here. Couldn't be happier, Shari the owner and her crew actually listened to me, advised, and then delivered. She has a special touch which is reflected in the way she runs the salon and cares for her clients. I always leave happy and feeling my best.

I've met so many amazing women here to network with and I've even attended some of the events they host. I love supporting a black owned business and my money is always well spent. The vibes? Great! The salon is beautifully outlayed and  I'm always warmly welcomed the moment I walk in. Gem Beauty Lounge is a truly a gem.

Gem Beauty Lounge has me as a client even in the after life!! Beautiful shop! Beautiful people! Amazing service! I’ve been going to Gracie for over 20 years, and I follow her to any shop she is working in; and by far, this is the most beautiful, upscale shop yet! The owner is extremely welcoming, and always has a smile on her face, the shop is clean, (and they give you complimentary snacks, drinks, and wine) and everyone is very welcoming. I lost Grace for a minute, and I had to deal with a couple fake “hair stylist” that wanted me to come with my hair already washed. Now that Grace is back, I know my hair will get the true “HAIR CARE” it needs. She’s the only one a trust for a precision cut, braid less weave and color. Book with Grace,  i promise you won’t regret it. Booking with her was very convenient also because they’re on Booksy. I love it here, “Come get you some”!

Truly a Hidden Gem!

I stumbled upon this salon while scrolling through TikTok, hoping to find a place where I could easily book appointments online — and that’s exactly what I found. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a chic, cozy, and impeccably clean space that instantly made me feel at ease.

This salon is truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs—hair, skincare, nails, waxing, and more  all under one roof. It’s the perfect spot for your monthly maintenance or a full-on self-care day.

Both of my visits have been incredibly relaxing, and I especially love that it’s never overcrowded. Most of the time, it’s just me and Grace (aka BOMB.com 💁🏽‍♀️), which makes the experience feel even more personal and peaceful ,exactly how I like it when getting my hair done.

And yes... there’s a mini snack bar. But shhh... that’s our little secret. 🤫

obsessed with how my eyebrows came out—got them waxed two weeks ago and still no regrowth! Also got my hair silk pressed, and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. The vibe at Gem Beauty is always welcoming and the service is too tier. Definitely my go-to spot!

I had such a great experience at Gem Beauty Lounge! Khadine did my pedicure and she was absolutely lovely—so kind and attentive. The owner, Shari, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The bohemian-themed décor is beyond cute and gives the whole place such a relaxing vibe. I tried the Jelly Pedi and it was heavenly—so soothing and enjoyable. My toes came out perfect! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a little self-care.

Grace my stylist was very professional and great at what she do! Shop was beautiful and everyone was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend!

I went to Gem Beauty for the first time and I must say I will be a repeat customer, customer service was great, I got my hair detox for the first time and it was such a good feeling, my stylist was very attentive and my locs was very well taken care of. I’ve always wanted a short cut, but couldn’t find the right person to do it. I’m so happy with my results. I’ll definitely be returning. My stylist was very welcoming & knowledgeable. She’s the best! The lounge itself is such a vibe.. Very clean, pretty and comfortable.

I went to Gem to get my beauty make over!! The owner was so sweet and informative. Grace did my pixie cut, wash and style!! what can i say!! i look like a new woman!!love that i can book and pay online to secure appt! who doesnt want a makeover and some free wine and snacks! You cant beat this place!

"From the moment I stepped into the Gem Beauty Lounge, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The décor is modern yet cozy, instantly putting me at ease. My first time here, I decided to indulge in a full package: a facial, and a relaxing massage.

Next was the facial, which was pure bliss. The esthetician customized the treatment to my skin type, using high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. The esthetician is very knowledgeable on different skin types, break outs, and more.  She explained every product and treatments as she's doing your service.  That one of the reason I return.

The massage was the perfect end to my visit. The therapist worked out every knot and tension, using just the right amount of pressure. I left the spa feeling utterly relaxed and pampered.

Overall, Gem Beauty Lounge offers a top-notch experience. The staff is professional and attentive, and the services are worth every penny. I can't wait for my next visit!"

This is my haven, my get away, when I want to feel special and pampered. I absolutely love getting my hair, nails etc. done with Gem Beauty.  This is top notch and they make you feel so welcomed and cared-for. I'm talking about Champagne welcome, snacks, coffee, sweet treats and a relaxing atmosphere, to go with your chosen services. I would recommend Gem Beauty, their inviting atmosphere and services to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing full salon for their hair, nails, face and other beauty needs. 5 stars!

I just visited this cute spa with my sister over the wknd. She got one of their facial packages. I got the Champagne Pedicure and it had to be one of the best pedis my feet has ever experienced. I didn't even know champagne was good for exfoliation until i went this salon but apparently it is,  and it definitely shows. My feet still feel heavenly. I also really enjoyed the foot massage with the oils!! I needed that so much. I'll be back ❤️

Loveddd it! It's literally a gem!  I feel revived after the facial and I am def planning a full pamper day with them next so i can get my hair, mani and pedi done as well. The staff was just so pleasant and made me feel relaxed as I walked in. Oh and it smells amazing there too!

I love it here! This is my go to spot for all my beauty services. I get my facial, my hair, my nails & my lashes done every month and Shari and the team always get me right. They are also the only place I trust with my daughter’s hair too and our mommy daughter spa dates here are the cutest. I love this lil spot.

Got my birthday nails and my new set done by Sheena and I absolutely love them. The shop was welcoming and I loved the decor, it was 10/10 an amazing experience that I look forward to having again.

I had a wonderful experience with Shari. She came highly recommended from some friends and they were spot on! One stop shop everything self care. I have been going to my hair expert (Grace) since 2018, one of the very few people I trust to touch my hair. She is top notch, knows what she is doing, respectful of your time and professional. The owner is quite knowldgeable and they offer great services.

I have been going to Gem Beauty lounge since February 2024 and it has been an amazing experience since day one. Anthony is an extremely talented hairstylist. Whether you need a traditional sew in or braids he will ensure your style is done to perfection. Kierra is excellent for both your lash and brow needs. Above all the owner of the salon Shari has a warm and inviting personality that really makes you feel at home here (along with her staff) not to mention the decor of the establishment is beautiful. For all your self care needs I highly recommend Gem Beauty.

With so many shops in South Florida this shop stood out to me because the decor  is beautiful. A relaxing experience period !! Gem Lounge is like the boutique of beauty shops.

Grace she's been my beautician for over 20 years. I can always count on her to get me right.  she listens to my request and has kept me a satisfied customer. she keeps up with the latest styles. She is truly into your natural  hair care. She is a real beautician who can achieve any style you have in mind. Short cuts. Extensions.  The whole shop is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I could say a lot about these modern beauty shops ;
come with your head washed in advance. More attention given to the extensions or wigs and not what's going on underneath. None of that business here. Grace is a real beautician with real skills you will not be disappointed.

Started out with just a facial and then started getting my locs groomed there. Excellent service and great atmosphere and the owner is so nice.
