This is my second time coming to see Shari. The first time was about a year ago, and since then I’ve tried other wax specialists, but nobody compares to her. Shari’s attention to detail is unmatched, and she takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. had such a wonderful experience at Gem Beauty Lounge from start to finish! The entire staff was so welcoming, professional, and attentive. I treated myself to a pedicure and honestly it was one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. My technician was extremely detailed, took her time, never rushed the process, and made sure I was completely happy with the service. She also did my significant other’s manicure and pedicure, and we were both beyond satisfied.

I also had my lashes done and absolutely loved the results! I explained exactly the look I wanted, and she executed it perfectly with so much detail and care. The results were beautiful!

What I love most is that they offer so many beauty services all in one place, which makes everything so convenient. The aesthetic of the salon is absolutely beautiful, clean, relaxing, and luxurious. I came across Gem Beauty Lounge on TikTok. I was shocked when the owner called me the day of my appointment to confirm the service I booked to ensure a great experience. The atmosphere was very calming and since the staff go by appointments, the lounge was not crowded at all. Grace did a phenomenal job on my treatment and silk press. My hair felt exceptional! Thank GOD I upgraded from basic facials! The facials here are so detailed and thorough, honestly the best service they offer. I used to get basic facials elsewhere but once I experienced the difference here, I'm never going back. The technology, details and explanation of services, the ambiance, everything is top notch, every treatment feels very personalized.

I do my facials, lashes, brows, nails and even had my big chop and now matainance here. Couldn't be happier, Shari the owner and her crew actually listened to me, advised, and then delivered. I’ve been going to Gracie for over 20 years, and I follow her to any shop she is working in; and by far, this is the most beautiful, upscale shop yet! The owner is extremely welcoming, and always has a smile on her face, the shop is clean, (and they give you complimentary snacks, drinks, and wine) and everyone is very welcoming. I lost Grace for a minute, and I had to deal with a couple fake “hair stylist” that wanted me to come with my hair already washed. Now that Grace is back, I know my hair will get the true “HAIR CARE” it needs. She’s the only one a trust for a precision cut, braid less weave and color. Grace she's been my beautician for over 20 years. I can always count on her to get me right. she listens to my request and has kept me a satisfied customer. she keeps up with the latest styles. She is truly into your natural hair care. She is a real beautician who can achieve any style you have in mind. Short cuts. Extensions. The whole shop is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs. This salon is truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs—hair, skincare, nails, waxing, and more all under one roof. It’s the perfect spot for your monthly maintenance or a full-on self-care day.

Both of my visits have been incredibly relaxing, and I especially love that it’s never overcrowded. Most of the time, it’s just me and Grace (aka BOMB.com 💁🏽‍♀️), which makes the experience feel even more personal and peaceful ,exactly how I like it when getting my hair done.

And yes... there’s a mini snack bar. But shhh... that’s our little secret. 🤫

"From the moment I stepped into the Gem Beauty Lounge, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The décor is modern yet cozy, instantly putting me at ease. My first time here, I decided to indulge in a full package: a facial, and a relaxing massage.

Next was the facial, which was pure bliss. The esthetician customized the treatment to my skin type, using high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and radiant. The esthetician is very knowledgeable on different skin types, break outs, and more. She explained every product and treatments as she's doing your service. That one of the reason I return.

The massage was the perfect end to my visit. The therapist worked out every knot and tension, using just the right amount of pressure. I left the spa feeling utterly relaxed and pampered.

Overall, Gem Beauty Lounge offers a top-notch experience. The staff is professional and attentive, and the services are worth every penny. I can't wait for my next visit!"

Whether you need a traditional sew in or braids he will ensure your style is done to perfection. Kierra is excellent for both your lash and brow needs. I just visited this cute spa with my sister over the wknd. She got one of their facial packages. I got the Champagne Pedicure and it had to be one of the best pedis my feet has ever experienced. I didn't even know champagne was good for exfoliation until i went this salon but apparently it is, and it definitely shows. My feet still feel heavenly.
