Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Microneedling - 6 Sessions (Face Only).

The six-session protocol creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger collagen and elastin production, gradually remodeling scar tissue. Each session builds on the last, producing cumulative improvement in texture, firmness, and overall skin quality.

We begin with a consultation and cleanse, apply topical numbing for comfort, then perform microneedling across the face. Typical sessions last 45-60 minutes. Mild redness and sensitivity follow; detailed aftercare is provided to speed healing.

We typically space sessions four to six weeks apart to allow collagen maturation and skin recovery. Timing may be adjusted for skin type or targeted concerns; your provider will recommend the best schedule for optimal, cumulative results.

Most clients experience moderate discomfort managed with topical numbing applied before treatment. The sensation is brief and tolerable; deeper settings may feel stronger but are still controlled. We'll adjust intensity for your comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have acne scarring, texture irregularities, mild fine lines, or uneven tone and healthy overall skin. Not recommended for active infections, recent isotretinoin use, or certain skin conditions; consult to confirm candidacy and tailor the plan.

Initial improvements in texture and radiance can appear within one to two weeks, but significant scar remodeling and collagen gains accumulate over the full series. Expect progressive results after each session, with peak improvement several months after completion.
